Laura V. Chacon

For the last 25 years, my official title was Parish Secretary/Administrative Assistant to the Pastor. We are currently seeking for a new Parish Secretary. My role included “traffic director” by routing calls, visitors and requests to the appropriate ministry or business office staffer. We are blessed with four work study students from Cristo Rey High School that I mentor during the school year. If you are planning a wedding or a funeral, I am your first contact. I co-administrate with our computer programs too! My time at St. Ignatius Loyola Parish began August 1997 and I was the Parish Secretary/Bookkeeper at St. Joseph Parish from February 1993 to August 1997.
